Expiring contract: Girondins Bordeaux sell Pablo to Lokomotiv Moscow

Centre-back Pablo will leave Girondins Bordeaux for Russia. The Ligue 1 club and Lokomotiv Moscow have reached an agreement in principle on the transfer of the 29-year-old. Only the medical is still pending, but it is supposed to be completed in Barcelona on Friday. Afterwards, the Brazilian is expected to sign a long-term deal.
Pablo’s contract with Bordeaux would have expired in the summer, now the French club still receives €2.5 million plus add-ons for their regular starter according to reports. He played a total of 113 matches for Girondins, scoring seven goals.
